Leading bloodstock agent and yearling buyer Tom McGreevy will join the Fasig-Tipton yearling inspection team this spring for the company’s 2019 selected yearling sales. McGreevy will continue to serve as the exclusive agent and advisor for client Michael Stinson.
Fasig-Tipton has catalogued an initial 47 entries for its 2019 Kentucky Winter Mixed Sale supplemental catalogue, which may now be viewed online. Fasig-Tipton will continue to accept supplemental entries through this week. These new entries, catalogued as hips 430-476, include racing and/or broodmare prospects, in-foal mares, and short yearlings.
Fasig-Tipton has named trainer Mike Machowsky to be the company’s full-time California Representative, effective mid-February. Machowsky will no longer operate his public stable as he begins his new role, which will principally consist of promoting Fasig-Tipton’s inaugural auctions at Santa Anita, which will commence this year.
Fasig-Tipton has catalogued 429 entries to date for its Kentucky Winter Mixed Sale, to be held on Monday and Tuesday, February 4 and 5, in Lexington, Kentucky. Sessions will begin daily at 10 am.
Gulfstream Park announced today that Fasig-Tipton will be the title sponsor for the $350,000 Holy Bull (G2) and the $150,000 Hurricane Bertie (G3).
