- Note: Health Certificates are required for ALL HORSES within 10 days of shipping from outside the state of NY. All horses must be vaccinated for EHV-1 (Equine Herpes Virus Type-1, i.e., Rhinomune, Pneumabort-K, etc.) between 7-90 days of arriving on the sales grounds. Please provide confirmation of vaccine on a Health Certificate or letterhead.
