Bidding Open for October Digital Sale

Fasig-Tipton has released its catalogue for the October Digital Sale, which may be viewed online at digital.fasigtipton.com. Bidding is now open and will close over two days, beginning at 12 PM ET each day:

  • Tuesday, October 13 (Hips 1-249): horses of racing age, racing/broodmare prospects, two-year-olds in training, and broodmare prospects
  • Wednesday, October 14 (250-513): broodmares, yearlings, and weanlings

“We have more than 140 horses of racing age catalogued, contributing to a strong catalogue which is 25% larger than last year’s October Digital Sale,” said Leif Aaron, Fasig-Tipton Director of Digital Sales. “In addition, the catalogue includes racing/broodmare prospects, two-year-olds in training, breeding stock, and yearlings.”

Featured offerings include:

  • A Thousand Miles (hip 1): 4YO filly is a three-time stakes winner and is graded stakes placed. Consigned as a broodmare prospect.
  • Beautiful Blome (hip 2): 4YO filly is a seven-time winner and multiple stakes performer, including a stakes victory at 2. Consigned as a racing/broodmare prospect.
  • Lee’s Baby Girl (hip 23): 4YO daughter of Malibu Moon is a seven-time winner who was graded stakes placed last year. From the immediate family of multiple Grade 1 stakes winner and sire McKinzie. Consigned as a racing/broodmare prospect.
  • Rileytole (hip 33): 3YO daughter of Mitole won Remington Park Oaks on September 27 and was twice Grade 1 placed last year at 2. Consigned as a racing/broodmare prospect.
  • Coop Shoop (hip 38): 4YO filly is a half-sister to recent Frizette S. (G1) winner Dotsy and three-time stakes winner Dirt Monster. Consigned as a broodmare prospect.
  • Ada Clare (hip 39): 3YO daughter of Quality Road is a stakes placed half-sister to recent Claiborne Breeders’ Futurity S. (G1) American History. Consigned as a racing/broodmare prospect.
  • 140+ horses of racing age
  • 169 broodmares, including mares in foal to 82 different sires
  • 70+ yearlings
  • Weanlings and two-year-olds in training
