2007 SARATOGA SELECTED YEARLINGS

REGISTRATION PAPERS: JUNE 10, 2007: Deadline for Jockey Club Registration papers for all yearlings are to be on file with the Kentucky office by JULY 10, 2007. A charge of $50 per horse will be assessed if the registration certificate is received after this date.

COGGINS: JULY 10, 2007: A copy may be sent in now, with original to accompany horse for shipping. All originals must be turned into our office in Saratoga. Each horse must have an E.I.A. or AGID test. Each horse in the sale must have an individual certificate, dated within SIX (6) months of the sale (no earlier than March 16th) with a negative result. A charge of $50 per horse will be assessed after this date. The form must identify the horse fully and properly by sire and dam, or dam, sex, color and age. Each form must include the veterinarian’s signature and results. DO NOT USE BARN NAMES OR NICKNAMES.

EVA: JULY 10, 2007: All horses must have an EVA test on file with us dated within THREE (3) months of the sale (no earlier than May 16th).

BREEDERS CUP AND STATE BRED CERTIFICATE: Breeders Cup and State bred certificate should be sent to our office if not attached to the Jockey Club Certificate. This needs to be attached for the new owner.

HEALTH CERTIFICATES: ALL HORSES traveling to the sale grounds from OUTSIDE THE STATE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A HEALTH CERTIFICATE. .
