2007 KENTUCKY OCTOBER YEARLINGS

REGISTRATION PAPERS: OCTOBER 1, 2007: Deadline for Jockey Club Registration papers for all yearlings are to be on file with this office. A charge of $50 per horse will be assessed if the registration certificate is received after this date.

COGGINS: OCTOBER 1, 2007: Each horse in the sale must have an original certificate, dated within SIX (6) months of the sale (no earlier than April 27th) stating that the horse in question has tested negative to the E.I.A. or AGID test. A charge of $50 per horse will be assessed after this date. The certificate must identify the horse fully and properly by sire and dam, or dam, sex, color and age. Each form must include the veterinarian’s signature and results. If you are shipping in from outside of Kentucky send us the original and keep a notarized copy to ship with the horse. DO NOT PUT NICKNAMES OR BARN NAMES ON COGGINS. COGGINS MUST BE ON FILE WITH OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

EVA IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS SALE.

BREEDERS CUP AND STATE BRED CERTIFICATE: Breeders Cup and State bred certificates should be sent to our office if not attached to the Jockey Club Registration papers. This needs to be attached for the new owners.

NAME: Name authorization slip for all named horses must be attached to the Certificate of Registration. If you have applied for a name, please notify us.

HEALTH CERTIFICATES: ALL HORSES traveling to the sales grounds INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE STATE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A HEALTH CERTIFICATE, dated within 7 days arrival. Please submit to me after your arrival on the grounds.
