Hip 159, a colt by two-time Horse of the Year Curlin, sold for $1,000,000 during the second session of The Saratoga Sale. The bay colt was purchased by Whitehorse & Bridlewood Farm from the consignment of Denali Stud, agent for Stonestreet Bred & Raised.

This colt is by Curlin, sire of top colts like last year's Champion Two-Year-Old Male Good Magic and classic winners Exaggerator and Palace Malice.

Hip 159 is out of the stakes placed winning Yes It's True mare Yes Liz. Third dam is stakes winner Lady Dixie, a full sister to North American Grade 2 winner and French Group 3 winner Chimes Band, as well as the dam of stakes winner Southern Style. Lady Dixie has also produced the dams of stakes winners Fast N Fine Lookin and Lit'sgoodlookngray.

The March foal was bred in Kentucky by Stonestreet Farm.
